Cancellation Policy

Booking tours and courses: To book a guided kayak tour or kayak course, please visit our website or contact us directly. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been made.

Payment: Full payment is required upon booking to secure your seat. We accept payments via credit card and other specified payment methods.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made by email or phone.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation more than 14 days before the tour/course: Full refund minus an administrative fee of 10% of the total amount.

Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the tour/course: 50% of the amount will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour/course: No refund is given.

Changes: If you wish to change your booking (e.g. dates or participants), please let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Cancelled tours or courses: We reserve the right to cancel a tour or course due to adverse weather conditions or if there are fewer than two participants. In such cases, we will offer you a rebooking or a full refund.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any costs or damages associated with cancellations or cancellations due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Participation at own risk: All paddling is at your own risk. By participating in our tours or courses, you confirm that you are aware of and accept the risks associated with kayaking. Minimum age to participate is 15 years with parental consent

Health Requirements: Participants must be able to swim and follow safety regulations provided by the guides.
